The Challenge

Bridging the Gap Between Science and System

In Nepal, pharmacy education excels at teaching clinical and industrial sciences. However, there is a massive gap when it comes to understanding how health policies are made, how federalism impacts healthcare, and how pharmacists can advocate for change.

The Pharmacy in Health Policy Symposium is a premier, one-day intensive event designed by CPREC Nepal. We are bringing together students, early-career pharmacists, regulators, and public health experts to transform today's students into tomorrow's healthcare leaders.

Understand the System: Learn how MoHP and DDA function in federal Nepal.
Learn to Advocate: Master communication on issues like AMR.
Hands-on Skills: Write actual, data-driven Policy Briefs.
Direct Networking: Connect with experts shaping National Drug Policy.
